Weekly Tip or Trick: Making a Explorer Car Part 1


Welcome to this series on making a lego mindstorms car that can drive around a room autonomously. The robot car, when it comes to a obstacle it will it will turn it’s ultrasonic sensor to the right and the left, then it will compare the two reading and turns to one with largest value. Then it drives forward until it detects a obstacle then the process starts again. This week we will cover the base of the car, the base holds the two motors for driving and the mindstorms brick as well places to attach thing on the front, back and top.
